Do you deliver within Vietnam?
Yes — we deliver to any address in Vietnam. We don't ship internationally at the moment.
Which currency do you charge in?
All prices are in Vietnamese dong (VND), and that's what you pay. If you see a USD figure, it's an estimate to help you compare.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes it easier to keep track of your orders and wishlist.
How do pre-orders work?
A pre-order model hasn't reached our store yet. Its page shows the pre-order status and, once the maker confirms it, the expected release. Some pre-orders take a deposit to hold your slot, and you pay the rest when the model arrives.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in VND — we show a VietQR code and the transfer details right after you order. If you can't pay from a Vietnamese bank, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll work it out.
How can I track my order?
